Bring a Friend Week 4

Bring a Friend Week is almost over and you guys have done awesome!  The turnout has been great and it has been a lot of fun for everyone.  We wanted to tell you about the next steps for you guys if you want to continue at Coyote CrossFit.  We always put new members through an On Ramp program before they join the class.  This program will focus on learning all of the movements that we do in CrossFit and really focusing on proper technique.  We will also spend a lot of time working with you to learn what your strengths and weaknesses are, as well as offering diet and lifestyle advice.  Since we have implemented this program we have seen a drastic reduction in injuries and have seen people be able to make progress much more quickly.  It is very important that you put the work in on the front end to learn how to move correctly so that you can continue to progress down the road.  The program is typically 10 sessions for $400, but we are offering a special discount to all Bring a Friend Week participants.  We are offering a 6 session On Ramp (since you have already had some experience in class) for $200. The On Ramps will start Monday, January 15, and there will be three time options-7:30 AM, 1:00 PM, and 6:30 PM.  If you want to take advantage of this offer please sign up at the front desk or just show up to one of those times on Monday.  They will run Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday for two weeks and then you will be ready to join the classes.  Click on the video link below for more information from Coach Hunter.  We look forward to making you guys a part of the Coyote Family!
