I like WODs for time!

Anything with rowing!!

What is your favorite lift?

Split jerk

What is your least favorite lift?

Thruster

What is your favorite cheat meal?

Chocolate chip cookies for sure!

Tell us a little about yourself.

I have 3 brothers and a sister! I am in hair school at hinds, and I work at Sephora!

What were you doing before Crossfit?

I was running a few times a week!

What were your thoughts after your first WOD?

That was awful, but I can’t wait to do it again!

What were your goals when you joined Coyote?

To loose weight and get toned for a pageant last year!!

Have you achieved any of these goals?

I have achieved so much more than I ever thought I would doing CrossFit!

Has Crossfit affected your life outside of the gym?

Yes!

Do you have any special memories/achievements during your time at Coyote?

I think my proudest moment is still my fist pull up February of last year!!

What advice would you give someone just starting at Coyote?

Focus on your goals and not what other people around you are doing! They had to start somewhere just like you!!

Ummm I may or may not have a slight lululemon addiction!😝
