When did you start doing CrossFit?
I started doing CrossFit at the end of last summer. 

What is your favorite WOD?
I do not have a particular favorite WOD but the ones that include burpees, push ups or sit ups seem to be best suited for my size.

What is your least favorite WOD?
My least favorite is any WOD that includes rowing.

What is your favorite lift?
For some reason, I really love back squats.

What is your least favorite lift?
Clean and jerk, for sure

What is your favorite cheat meal?
Definitely Mexican food

Tell us a little about yourself (family, job, sports, interests, etc.)
I am the mother of 3 boys (4 if you count my husband) that keep me running all over town, non-stop.  I work as a secretary at Germantown High School.  Many years ago, I played league tennis and loved it.  And of course, whatever sports my kids are interested in at the time.  

What were you doing before CrossFit?
Working and running kids around town.

What were your thoughts after your first WOD?
“What have I done to my body, to be so sore?  Oh yes, 100 wall balls at Rx and now I cannot climb stairs.”

What were your goals when you joined Coyote?
To get through each workout and improve my strength, lose weight and reduce body fat.

Have you achieved any of these goals?
Absolutely, and then some.

Has CrossFit affected your life outside of the gym?
Without a doubt.  It has been a life changing experience. 

Do you have any special memories/achievements during your time at Coyote?
The day Chris Allen challenged me to not use bands/assistance for pull ups and I actually did them all in the WOD. 

What advice would you give someone just starting at Coyote?
Come in with an open mind, push yourself past the pain and never ever give up.  You will never regret it.

Tell us something we might not know about you?
That my hobby is using power tools to build green egg tables, bed swings and adirondack chairs.
