When did you start doing CrossFit?

A little over 2 years ago.

Probably Annie

What is your least favorite WOD?

Murph

Push Jerk

What is your least favorite lift?

Snatch

What is your favorite cheat meal?

Donuts

Tell us a little about yourself.

I like eating and sleeping. I used to play a lot of sports, but I stopped, which is why I started CrossFit. I also enjoy watching football very much. I don’t have a job because I am a student. I have to do a lot of homework, which isn’t fun at all.

What were you doing before CrossFit?

Pretty much nothing except eating and sleeping.

What were your thoughts after your first WOD?

I thought my arms were going to fall off because I couldn’t even lift them for a week.

What were your goals when you joined Coyote?

Lose weight and get stronger.

Have you achieved any of these goals?

I haven’t lost any weight because I have been getting GAINZ. I have gotten a lot stronger, though.

Has CrossFit affected your life outside of the gym?

Yes. Now everyone thinks I’m really strong because I do CrossFit, and now I eat more.

Do you have any special memories/achievements during your time at Coyote?

I became the athlete of the month this month. I also became a veteran this year. I also remember that time when I beat Sam Riden in a workout.

What advice would you give someone just starting at Coyote?

Don’t quit because it is actually really fun even though you think you are going to die at the beginning.

Tell us something we might not know about you?

Even though my name is Chanu in the Canoe, I have never actually been in a canoe.
