Each of our classes begins with a warm up.  These warm ups range from dynamic to foam rolling.  After warm up, the coach for the hour will walk the class through each element of the WOD.  On certain days, this could include a portion of the hour dedicated to strength work.  At a specific time, the entire class will begin the MetCon portion of the WOD.  This method has help not only Coyote Athletes, but thousands of CrossFit Athletes worldwide experience unprecedented fitness growth in relatively short periods of time.
