When did you start doing CrossFit?

I started doing crossfit about 2 years ago


What is my favorite WOD?

I love any WOD with dumbell snatches or kb swings


What is your least favorite WOD?

My least favorite WOD by far is anything involving running 


What is your favorite lift?

Back squat is my favorite type of lift

What is your least favorite lift?

Cleans are my least favorite lift

What is your favorite cheat meal?

A hamburger followed up with some type of milkshake

Tell us a little about yourself.

I’m a junior at MRA and I play softball and do track there, I also work at MRA with their afterschool care program. My mom and dad both workout at Coyote and I also have two brothers. If you can’t find me at work, school, the gym, or practice I am most likely sitting down watching some sport

What were you doing before CrossFit?

Before Crossfit I didnt do much other than swimming on my old high school’s team

What were your thoughts after your first WOD?

After my first WOD i felt like I was gonna die and for a while made up every excuse I could not to come back, but now its my favorite thing to do

What were your goals when you joined Coyote?

When I first started Crossfit I just wanted to get stronger and be able to run a mile without stopping

Have you achieved any of these goals?

Now I have definitely gotten stronger, can run a mile, and so much more than I thought.

Has CrossFit affected your life outside of the gym?

 Crossfit has allowed me to become a lot more confident in myself and has also pushed me step out of my comfort zone even if I’m scared

What advice would you give someone just starting at Coyote?

Advice for anyone just starting at Coyote, don’t give up, come consistently and within the first 2 or 3 weeks you already start to feel better and love it.
